HUMAN ASSYMETRY
Specialized treatment to address human assymmetrical anatomy and developed patterns as a result. This cannot be addressed with typical approaches.
POSITION
Patterned movement behavior dictates where your body is and where it can go based on the position of anatomical structures. Restoring proper position to allow freedom is a must prior to strengthening.
CORE
Typical core exercises do not empower the link between your abdominals, diaphragm, and the rest of the body. We always undergo an advanced core program emphasizing proper breathing to link the entire body and achieve real stability.

Evaluation and follow-up sessions are both $245 per 1-hour session. Package discounts and referral discounts available. Contact us to learn more!
PAYMENT
An invoice will be emailed prior to visit which needs to be paid prior to the session to maintain time slot.
